1. Class 10th marksheet with original TC

2. Passport size photo -5Nos

3. Aadhar photocopy -3 Nos

4. Caste /Income certificate-3 Nos

Note – Complete application form must be submitted to the principal with the registration fee of Rs 500 along with the above mention documents with their parents/Guardians.
